When is the Science and Soul of Healing Summit and how do I watch it?

I have yet to receive a confirmation email for the event. Am I signed up?
Immediately after you signed up for the Science and Soul of Healing Summit, we sent you an email with the subject line "[SSH] IMPORTANT: Your Welcome and Summit Instructions" If you have not received this, please check your spam folder, promotions/events inbox in case it was misplaced. If you are unable to locate the confirmation email anywhere in your mailbox, please click here and follow the instructions.

Where can I find the speaker schedule?
You can access the Speaker Schedule here.
Can I access the videos and/or audios on my mobile device or iPad?
You should be able to access the videos and audios on any mobile device and iPad.
Can I listen to ALL the talks for free during the summit?
Yes. Each day of the summit, you will receive a link via email that gives you access to the highlighted talks of the day (there will be 5 or more talks depending on the day). You will have access to those talks for 24 hours. The following day at 9:00 am New York time (EDT) there will be another 5 talks released and you will have access to THOSE talks for 24 hours…this will continue for all 5 days of the summit. It is very important that you receive those emails - and one of the best ways is to include info@drheatherpaulson.com in your email address book.
What if I can’t access the video or hear the audio?
Video
There are many reasons you may not be able to access the video - the most common one being bandwidth/internet speed challenges. If you’re having technical difficulties watching the video, check to make sure your computer is properly updated, and your internet connection is running smoothly. Restart it. Try a different browser or device, the videos will play on tablets and phones as well as on computers. You can also try closing other programs on your computer that may be taking up space and slowing down speeds.
If you’re still unable to play the videos, try using the audio only version of the talks (located on the same page as the videos). We have included these with the summit to ensure you won’t miss the important content!
Audio
If you can see the video, but the audio doesn't come through, check the following:
1 - The volume is turned up
2 - Your computer or device is not muted
3 - On a PC there are multiple volume controls
4 - Do you have something plugged into the headphone port?
Lastly, each video has its own, hidden sound control. On a computer you start the video and then place your cursor over the video. Then move it to the left of the time display and the volume control pops up. This controls the sound volume for that particular video in that particular browser. On mobile devices volume control may work differently; try it out. The volume is always set to full, but it is possible that you accidentally lowered it.
I have problems purchasing the Upgrade Package
If you have problems finalizing your Upgrade purchase, we recommend that you use the PayPal system. Simply fill out the upper part of the purchase form and instead of putting in the credit card data, click the Pay with PayPal box at the bottom. You will then be redirected to a PayPal page, where you can enter your credit card details. At the top of that page you can select your country, and the form fields will change accordingly.
(International buyers: In the purchase form the State field has a "my state is not listed" option at the bottom and in the ZIP code field enter your postal code or 11111 if you don't have such)
What’s included in the Upgrade Package?
The upgrade package includes immediate access to all speaker bonus gifts. During the summit, access to the speaker talks (video and audio versions) is added day by day, which is over 20 hours of content with full transcripts. You can purchase the upgrade package now and you will be able to download the speaker bonus gifts right away. You will have online access to the upgrade package for at least one year and keep your downloads forever.
I bought the Conference package. How can I access my login info? (we’ll have to update this once we know which system for delivery we are going with)

Is there a refund policy?
If for any reason the Science and Soul of Healing Summit doesn’t meet your expectations, please email info@drheatherpaulson.com to cancel your membership. A full refund is available within 30 days after purchase.
How long can I access the talks if I purchase the Upgrade Package?
You will have access to download all of the video, audio, transcripts and speaker bonus gifts for a year. Once downloaded, you own these materials forever.
What are the different price options for the Upgrade Package?
The upgrade package is currently discounted to $97. You can access this price until March 23rd. After October 12th, the price goes up to the regular retail price of $197.
Do I have to upgrade in order to access the speaker gifts?
You will have access to download speaker gifts for free on the day each speaker is scheduled.
In order to download the free speaker gifts at your convenience (or to download gifts you were not able to download on the day they were available for free), you must purchase the upgrade package.
After you purchase the upgrade package you will have access to download the gifts for 1 year and once downloaded, you will own them forever.
